Food Resolution Challenge

My 2015 Food Resolution Challenge was a huge success, so I’m bringing the challenge back for 2016! The process really pushed my out of my kitchen comfort zone–hopefully this year will be no different! I completed 12 of 15 items last year (although I plan to try and complete the other 3 before 2016 is over). It’s such a fun project, so I can’t wait to get going on this year’s challenge. Here we go:

  1. Homemade chips Completed on April 12 with these homemade potato chips!
  2. Homemade peanut butter cups
  3. Miso soup
  4. Sourdough starter Completed on March 8 with this homemade sourdough bread!
  5. Tiramisu Completed on January 29 with this tiramisu!
  6. Something with blood orange Completed on February 10 with this blood orange pound cake!
  7. Creme brulee
  8. Fried doughnuts Completed on May 3 with these brioche doughnuts!
  9. Pineapple upside-down cake
  10. Caramelized onions
  11. Fajitas Completed on April 27 with these carne asada fajitas!
  12. Rugelach
  13. Caesar dressing Completed on April 6 with this Caesar salad!
  14. Nut butter
  15. Egg rolls

      Thank you! I like the idea of putting my list out there where other people can see it to keep me accountable. I’ve got SO many more I could have added, too!
